Is there a size or number limit?
No set limit. Very large pictures depend on your computer's memory, since the work happens in your browser.
Will my photo lose quality?
At the middle setting it is hard to see a difference. The result shows the new size before you save, and if it would not be smaller, the original is kept.
Can I compress a PDF here?
Not in the browser. Simply PDF for Mac compresses PDFs and shows the result before you save.
